It's so easy to loudly mark Obama for the pillory,

a no-brainer to proclaim the nefarious record of Hillary.

But should it come to really going into the dark damnation

of our decades-old American Dreams of global domination,

it would behove one to examine the Family Bush, back to Prescott –

one can find it, sort through and research, which one merely forgot

all too conveniently with so much propaganda surrounding "9/11".

Hype from Bush Daddy over Kuwait's terrible "plight" led even

otherwise skeptical heads to rally behind the grand coalition.

When Bush Jr. saw the Twin Towers footage I saw his grin

and those of his cohort as they left their conference with opportunistic

certitude of their plan to implement measures all deemed realistic:

just go in and take Afghanistan, and failing this begin with Iraq – all the while

grooming best relations with Saudi and with Qatar – exploiting in artful guile

a naively enraged America willing to back an unmanageable fiasco

which should never have been – never a second thought, just go

there and plant that flag . . . in the name of Democracy.

I've done my homework, don't make me do yours, go see

for yourself and question for once your spoon-fed assumptions,

ask hard questions, demand accountability, reach informed conclusions.
