Perhaps we should be calling it Joe-opting, because like Biden himself, it casts itself in artifically "anew" in an equally artificially framed fabrication of "traditional" - neither of which it in fact is.
As with every totalitarian revolution, the American Democrat Party's currently emplaced Face-In-The-Oval is according to our time not to be inaccurately likened to other totalitarian revolutions of world-sized nations in the immediately previous century (Lenin, Hitler, Mao), but there are some serious parallels. Parallels already acutely observed and cogently articulated over these past two years by far better than I.
That is why I'll keep this succinct and to the point, restricting myself to the NSDAP and the DNC, as an American observer of Jewish-liberal background with (and transformed by) 35 years in Berlin.
"Woke" is the new "Aryan", so to speak: dull in its claims of originality, demonstrably authoritarian, programmed through a ubiquitous mass indoctrination, robotically enforced with penetratingly psychological and physical violence by mind-numbing allegiance-squads.
Coopting culture. Dominating the narrative with neo-Marxist and doctrinaire narcissism spiced with a "revolutionary" insistence.
Coopting history. Education and science (common biological as well as actual medical) made subject to compliance and coordination with the standing radically Left all-encompassing ideology.
Coopting the future. Social engineering, transhumanism, every current manifestation of "creating the new and casting off the old" is anything but original - likewise it always masquerades as the opposite of what it is, learning on the one hand from the error of moving in too swiftly rather than in gradual steps, yet inevitably exposing itself through exactly its own very zealotry and symbology.
Propaganda and medial manipulation; State coertion and force; institutional subversion of education through introduction of, and then establishment of, which necessarily implies the strict enforcement of, ideology. Gleichschaltung: synchonization = coopting.
Built on the same principles of any other totalitarian system, it is doomed to crash for the same reasons.
Rewriting history for at "best" the convenience, for at worst the demonically ideological purposes, of (most notably but not exclusively, today's current) frankly Marxist influence in all institutions - from the entire educational systems, K-12 and especially the campuses of "higher education", need not be restricted by the inquiring mind to earlier Soviet or NationalSocialist or East German (GDR) agenda.
We are there now - and the acceleration of this insanity and grifting is plainly seen in the "1619", the CRT, the BLM, the ObamaScam, have taken the public narrative by storm, igniting campuses and pouring out into the streets with all the toxicity of the worst and most low-brow propaganda of any issue of Julius Streicher's Der Stürmer of the celebratedly notorious Goebbels Era.
It is the inherent contradiction of wanting to erase history with a new identity, while framing history artificially to identify with "traditions" - think NationalSocialist; "not"-the-others is only a facade, because that would be recognized - but the mechanism is the same, and brutal: "not red" and "not brown" but green (red+green=brown) - selling as humanitarian and inclusive, a thoroughly anti-human and exclusive program; removing the natural uniqueness of the human being in God's image via social Darwinism - old replaced with young, old replaced with new.
